The police were surprisingly fast. Mom showed up soon after, predictably hysterical. After awhile, Gina sent Grace home with Mom 8th, then talked to the cops a bit longer. Before long everyone was gone, and she took a shower and changed into some 8th things she kept in Seth's closet. Seth had pulled her into 8thlatinastreet his lap and pressed 8th a bourbon into her shaking fingers. He army held her silently for awhile, and she 8th didn't cry. Just clung to him and sipped slowly.
